The mission of Step By Step Foundation is to improve the lives of under-served children and adults in areas including education, youth and family enrichment, employment, community development, disaster recovery, and domestic violence and abuse. In addition, the foundation provides support for organizations helping abused and neglected horses and dogs in local communities, with a substantial amount of work supporting needs in Palm Beach County.

Step By Step Foundation focuses much of its work in local communities in and around Palm Beach County, as well as in the countries of origin of our local community members. Over the past two years the foundation has shifted its focus to local communities, especially those associated with equestrian communities in Palm Beach County.

One of the key programs of the foundation, Riders Give, engages the equestrian community in Wellington and elsewhere, and engages established and young riders
